Body Position
In the beginner section we discussed the dynamic body position. Here are some exercises that will help you stay in the dynamic position.
 
Traverse

The Traverse is a technique for getting across the side of a hill, usually used going from one trail to another.

 

Pole Touches
Ski poles are used for balance, not for controlling speed in the lift-line. Pole touches will help you control your balance as you ski especially in the rougher terrain.
