Every ski resort has something different to offer. Weather you looking for moguls, groomers or a ski school for the kids. That's why we created the ski resort list with detailed descriptions and mountain stats, so you can use that information and come up with your own favorite ski resort.

How long have you been in business?
HighAltitude2U has been in business since 2006 and it's parent company Tadjemedia has been in business since 1999.

Why do I have to create an account to shop at your Web site?
Accounts hold information such as billing address, shipping address and if you subscribe to our mailing list. This information is necessary to fill and process orders, with an account returning customers do not need to resubmit their orders.

Will my personal information be solicited to third parties?
Any information that you provide to our company is kept completely confidential and is neither distributed nor sold to any other party.

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, we currently do not accept COD as a form of payment.

 

Does your company ship outside of the United States?
Yes we can ship outside of the United States.

What is your merchandise return policy?
Their is a 15% restocking fee and you will charged for shipping; both to you, and the return.

What if I receive different merchandise from what I ordered?
We will arrange for pick up of the wrong order and send the correct order.

May I pay by check or money order?
Yes, we accept payment by cashiers check, money order and cash.

Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Debit Cards with these logos.

Do you offer express or overnight delivery?
Yes we do offer express shipping/ It is best to call to find the shipping rate to your area.

Can I track my order?
Yes, some orders are shipped manufacture direct, we do not receive the tracking information until after the order is shipped. So email us about 2 days after the order is placed and we'll be able to reply with your tracking information.

What is a re-stocking fee?
If after three failed delivery attempts your order is returned to us (due to no fault of our own) we will charge you a 15% fee to re-stock the ordered product(s).
