Mango Mania Pineapple Milkshake
Spicy Vegetable Cocktail Tropical Berry Blast

Mango Mania

Ingredients

1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 cups diced fresh mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
3-5 ice cubes

Instructions

Combine fat free milk and yogurt in a blender. Add mango, lime juice and ground ginger. Blend for about 15 seconds, then add the ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

Per Serving Information: Calories 234; Fat 2g; Protein 7g.

Pineapple Milkshake

5 servings

Ingredients

20 oz. crushed pineapple - undrained
2 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
1 cup skim milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

In a food processor, combine pineapple, ice cream, milk, and cinnamon. Process until smooth.

154 Calories; less than one gram Fat (1% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 35g Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 91mg Sodium

Spicy Vegetable Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 c low-sodium vegetable juice
1 tomato, cut into quarters
1/2 c cucumber, peeled and diced
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs fresh parsely
1 tsp lemon juice
hot sauce to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Top with lemon zest if desired.

Tropical Berry Blast

2 servings

Ingredients

1 med. Banana - quartered
8 oz.crushed pineapple - drained
1cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries - thawed

Instructions

In a food processor, combine banana quarters, pineapple, milk, and strawberries. Process until smooth.

192 Calories; less than one gram Fat (2% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 44g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 74mg Sodium
