Shipping Information:
Online orders for "in-stock" items take about 3-5 days to deliver. We usually anticipate shipping "out-of-stock" items within 30 days or less. UPS delivers Monday through Friday and in some cases Saturday depending on the area.

We Email Your Tracking Number:
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers for ground shipping only. You may then track your packages by going to www.USPS.com or www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping/handling charges will be added to your order and are based on the weight of the package. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. They can ship to PO & APO boxes and they have excellent rates. USPS rates depend on weight. Anything under a pound can ship first class (no tracking) for less than $5.00. Anything over a pound can ship priority mail with tracking or parcel post without tracking and slower.
There is a weight rate table as shown below, necessary for paypal orders. Shipping on international orders always tends to run higher. International Shipping Now Available! We can ship internationally to north and southn American, Australia and most european countries.

Note: Customers who refuse delivery of packages they have ordered will be charged the full cost of shipping to them and the return to us.

Also, your credit card will be charged an additional $10.00 if the carrier requires an address correction for delivery due to an error on your part.

Returns: HighAltitudue2U - Tadjemedia wants you to be entirely satisfied with the product you purchased from us. Returns are acceptable for up to 30 days after the purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price and a 15% rstocking Fee. The package must not be opened, the customer is responsible for shipping back to us. If the product has been opened they must show pictures to determine value.

Cancelled Orders: Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for orders cancelled after the item(s) have been shipped. The shipping cost will include the cost of outbound shipping to the customer, and also the cost of the return shipping back to the warehouse. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges also apply to any shipments refused at the time of delivery, except for those refused for shipping damage. For cancelled orders with free shipping the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount as well as the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

We Recycle:
We recycle any and all packing materials we come across, so please don\'t be offended to find newspapers packed with your order.
