Shipping Information:
Online orders for "in-stock" items take about a week to deliver. We usually anticipate shipping "out-of-stock" items within 30 days or less. UPS delivers Monday through Friday and in some cases Saturday depending on the area.

We Email Your Tracking Number:
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers for ground shipping only. You may then track your packages by going to www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping/handling charges will be added to your order and are based on the size and weight of the package.

Note: Customers who refuse delivery of packages they have ordered will be charged the full cost of shipping to them and the return to us.

Also, your credit card will be charged an additional $10.00 if UPS requires an address correction for delivery due to an error on your part.

We Recycle:
We recycle any and all packing materials we come across, so please don't be offended to find newspapers packed with your order.
