The Camp 10 Ski Area was originally built by volunteers from the Rhinelander and Tomahawk communities in the beautiful Wisconsin River valley. The site was selected because of its high bluffs and direct north face orientation. The view from the top of the bluffs is unique in presenting an almost all wilderness scene to the visitor.
Cascadded Mountain is located in the Baraboo Bluff region of south-central Wisconsin, Cascade's north-facing slopes offer real skiing variety. Heiliger Huegel Ski Club is conveniently located 30-minutes northwest of Milwaukee on Hwy 167, seven miles west of Hwy 45 near the Holy Hill church. The club is open to members only, although members do have limited guest privileges. Members operate the chairlift once a year and asked to help with hill maintenance projects in the Fall. This fosters a spirit of camaraderie and cooperation among members and encourages members to be more involved in club activities. Holy Hill has a stable membership and many members have been in the club for many years.
Hidden Valley area has an average ratio of expert and advanced runs, and an average ratio of intermediate and beginner runs. Hidden Valley is a friendly place with a friendly staff. The downhill ski area, known as Kettlebowl, is located in the Kettlebowl forest unit in Section 8; T32N-R13E of Langlade Township. The Committee will budget small amounts of money annually to improve the slopes. A contract with the Langlade County local ski club, which is renewable every five years, is entered into to administer the ski hill and facilities. Cross-country skiing adjacent to the ski hill is developed by the county and maintained by the ski club.

Powers Bluff isa awinter sports park who's activitees include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and tubing. A two-story stone shelter building serves as a warming house, in which a concession operates during the hours the park is open for recreation and may be reserved during the summer and winter season.

Downhill skiing is available every weekend throughout the snow season and weekdays during the Christmas holiday season. There are two beginner hills, one intermediate hill, and two experts hills at the park. The longest run is approximately 1200 feet and the steepest vertical drop is 125 feet. Ski lessons are provided by appointment only. Hot concessions are sold in the ski lodge.

Trollhaugen in Dresser Wsiconsin has 22 trails with terrain for all skiers over a 260 foot vertical drop incluuding a terrain park and half pipe for the snowboarders.
Tyrol Basin offers plenty of fun for the freestyling skier or snowboarder with a 300 foot vertical drop, 12 trails including; 1,000 foot long mogul run, two snowparks, halfpipe, and plenty of racing and special events for everyone. Located just 20 miles west of Madison, Wisconsin, it's a great place for beginners to learn to ski or snowboard.
At Tyrol Basin, you may, at some time during the season, find machine-made moguls, half pipes, quarter pipes, table top jumps, spines, gap jumps, "Y" jumps, railslides, and other new, or experimental shaped features.
